Cancellation Policy
Though I do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please extend a courtesy to me as your stylist and kindly give at least 24 hours' notice from the scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the service booked.
Additionally, failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without proper prior notice may result in a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service booked.
Please note that repeated cancellations or no-show appointments may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
